Meeting the varied and complex responsibilities of life, while still having time to relax, socialize, eat, sleep, and exercise, can be difficult. Weak time management can prohibit people from achieving their academic, occupational, or social potential, and threaten life satisfaction. This planner is different than other planners! It emphasizes task analysis and the idea of doing “one thing in the moment”.  Whether someone with organizational weaknesses, or someone who often feels overwhelmed by lack of predictability or giant “to do” lists, this planner offers a method for both meeting responsibilities and balancing life.
